Total Pump Solutions was formed in 2004 after identifying the need for a technically knowledgeable yet competitive and competent source of supply for all pump, pressurisation, boosting and associated equipment to the HVAC, process and industrial markets. Our extensive expertise is built up collectively on over 50 years of commercial and technical experience in the pump and valve industry through it's company directors.

Managing director, Mick Hay has served TPS for 15 years and helped the company grow from strength to strength and form close relationships with leading manufacturers whilst forming a wide customer base. Previously working 15 years for a national distributor as a regional technical pump engineer, this brings to the company a depth and breadth of knowledge of all pump application and selection, familiarity with obsolete and alternative best option for pump replacement will be of immediate obvious benefit to the facilities maintenance engineer alike. This broad manufacturing and product knowledge base also makes for competitive tendering opportunities.

Sales director, Marc Sales who recently joined TPS in 2019 brings with him an extensive field, office based and managerial skill set. With over twenty two years experience working within the mechanical and process engineering sectors, the last fourteen of which have been spent mainly in the process/industrial valves, automation and oil & gas sectors: - securing project based sales, growing client bases and actively pursuing all aspects of business development within the UK.

As an independant first line stockist and distributor for all leading manufacturers such as Grundfos, Wilo, Dab and Lowara / Xylem to name a few, this allows Total Pump Solutions to retain a competitive edge whilst adding value and best solutions to any application. This, coupled with our comprehensive stock holding at our centrally located Newcastle branch, helps service the needs of our customers, both locally and UK wide.
